Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research-use materials, returns may be limited. Customers should inspect orders promptly upon delivery and contact support with the order number if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds or replacements, when approved, are evaluated case by case. Aletheix may request photographs, packaging details, documentation, and shipment information. Opened, altered, mishandled, improperly stored, or used products are generally not eligible for return.

Orders may be canceled, refused, delayed, or refunded if payment references include restricted terminology, if compliance concerns arise, or if payment cannot be verified.
